Offer:
Our offers as well as prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to change in execution. The general delivery and payment conditions apply to all products on our Shop page and its subpages.

Prices and payment conditions:
Our rates are valid from the distributing warehouse and include the legal value added tax (VAT).
For each order placed below 50.00 euros, we charge a flat rate of 5.00 euros
within Germany.
From 50.00 EUR order value the delivery is free.
For each order per cash on delivery within Germany we charge plus 7.00 euros.
Please note that there may be the additional postal cash on delivery charge at the delivery of the mailing on site.
For each order placed below 100.00 euros, we charge a flat fee of 15.00 euros
within the EU countries.
From 100.00 euros order value the delivery remains free of charge within the EU countries.
The contractor can pay the bills by cash on delivery, PayPal or by cash in advance.
For prepayment or bank transfer the contractor receives a discount of up to 8%
If the contractor gets into default of payment we charge interest on arrears of at least 5 percentage points per annum above the base rate. 
We are authorized to make part deliveries if they are reasonable for the contractual partner and the remaining supply is ensured at a later date.
With delivery delays due to force majeure or other unforeseen obstacles, we can postpone the delivery for the duration of the disability.
If the delivery is impossible for our part of the end of 2 months, we are released of a duty of liability. We are then entitled to withdraw from the contract. 

Exchange-Return privilege:
Withdrawal You may withdraw your contractual declaration within one month without giving reasons. You can do so in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods are left to you before the expire date of the time limit - by returning the goods.

The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in written text, but not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receiving the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilling of our duty to furnish information as per § 312c Section 2 BGB in association with § 1 Sections 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV as well as our duties in accordance with § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB in association with § 3 BGB-InfoV. For ensuring of the revocation period the timely sending of the revocation or the things is sufficient.

Consequences of revocation
In the case of an effective revocation the received benefits on both sides and as the case may be the received advantages (eg interest ) are to be released. 
If you cannot give us back the goods and services received whole or in part, or only in deteriorated condition, you have to pay us in so far compensation for the value as the case my be.
With the surrender of things this does not apply if the deterioration of the case is solely because on their examination - as it would have been possible in a shop.
For an emerged deterioration caused by the normal beginning of usage/normal usage of the thing you do not have to pay compensation for lost value.
Things able to be delivered as parcel are to be sent back to us at our risk.
You have to bear the cost of the return if the delivered goods are in accordance with the ordered goods and if the price of the returned goods does not exceed 40 euros or if at a higher price of the thing at the point of time of the revocation you have yet not provided the equivalent or a contractually agreed partial payment.
Otherwise, the return is free for you.
Things which are not able to be sent as parcel are picked up at you.
Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days.
The time limit starts for you with the despatch of your revocation declaration or the thing, for us it starts with its receipt.

Retention of Title:
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.

Cash on delivery:
You also have the option to pay your order via cash on delivery.
You pay the invoice in cash upon receipt of the goods to the respective parcel deliveryman.
